Toxic Pollution Prevention

The Petitcodiac Riverkeeper is currently working on two issues concerning toxic pollution impacting the watershed: the Moncton landfill toxic leachate investigation and a campaign to eliminate the use of cosmetic pesticides.

River Watch

The Petitcodiac Riverkeeper keeps an eye on the state of the river thanks to a monitoring program. The emphasis is placed on monitoring water quality, animal life, fish, vegetation and nutrients. If you want to get involved, join the River Watch Committee of the Petitcodiac Riverkeeper.
